Burak,
One of my grad students ran into similar problems when attempting to import a gmsh file under windows. We got around this by renaming the mesh file from *.msh to *.txt. I'm not sure why this worked. I recall also asking him to upgrade gmsh to version 2.0.8, which may have solved his problem.
We also ran into a seperate problem on windows when importing gmsh files. Fipy would not import a file with DOS line endings but would import files (under windows) with unix line endings. I'm unsure if this was a real problem or a problem with how my grad student installed the software on his computer. The same mesh file imported fine under linux but would not import on his windows machine unless he used dos2unix to convert the line endings in the mesh file.

Hello, I am new user of fipy. (Running under windows XP, Python 2.5,gmsh1.65, fipy-1.2) Most things seem to work fine with the examples, with one exception: the example circle.py leads to following error message(see at the end) I think it must have something to do with windows? Can anybody help me? Thanks a lot!
