When Fire 0.29.a starts up, it moves ~/Library/Fire to ~/Library/Application
Support/Fire (where it should be). When you launch Fire 0.28.b, it checks
to make sure that ~/Library/Fire/Sessions exists (and will create it if it
does not). The next time you launch 0.29.a, it sees ~/Library/Fire and
tries to move it to ~/Library/Application Support/Fire again, only it can't
because it's already there. That's the error message you're getting. Once
you run 0.29.a, you can't go back to 0.28.b without moving this folder back
by hand. Switching between the two versions can be done, but you'll have to
keep track of where that Fire folder is.
