I few days ago I posted some things I thought may have been wrong with the
idle support in Fire. I don't know if anyone had a chance to look at them
yet, but I now think there's something more fundamental going on.

I put a printf in the checkIdle routine to print out the idletime. It is
currently set for 900s, but Fire marked me as idle (as read by an AIM client
on another computer) at around 600s - and I know it's didn't call any of the
Fire's controller routines to mark it as idle. Is there maybe an idle check
somewhere in the firetalk library or something?

It really bugs me (if you can't tell) that idle doesn't work. It seems I'm
always idle (even when I'm chatting with someone) or get marked as away if I
don't touch my keyboard for 60 seconds.

If anyone has any hints, I'll try to find it, but I don't have a clue.

-Steve
