If it's possible to block certain elements of speech like your asking, 
it might be worth noting that if you happen to use the profanity filter, 
speech will speak the actual offending words as opposed to "censored" as 
it is displayed.

Now that I think about it, you can currently select a buddies 
preferences & override notification sounds on a user-per-user basis, 
which should solve your problem.
