In the next version, file transfer in any service is highly unlikely,
however, the version after that it is very probably that irc would have it,
as Sanguerent and Xenon (from Massinova) work together occasionally and
Xenon has a Cocoa-based app with DCC in it. This doesn't mean that it
-will- be implemented any time soon, more that it has a better chance of
it happening. For ICQ though, I don't know to what extent that would
implementable, as I do not know if the specifications for transfering
files is open in it (I don't use ICQ much). If you can find source code
for the transfer and notify Eric about it, the chances will go up though..
