Is this because of the toc server, or could this be implemented at some 
time? I currently have a reasonably high warning level (a friend and I 
were warning each other the other day, just for fun -- don't ask=D) and 
if I send messages too quickly, I get disconnected instead of just not 
being able to send them (as the AOL client does). Quite a nuisance, as 
you can probably imagine.
