Hi all,
I think I have to post this again. When I send an ICQ messages, the user
on the other end frequently doesn't receive the message. This problem
was once fixed in 0.28a, but came back again recently. Maybe Toc somehow
*succeeded* to block 3rd party's client?
Anyone else experienced this?
