I've been using Fire for quite some time and am very happy with it
and have learned to live with its few quirks. It's nice to see that so
many people are contributing to make it an even better app. I thought
I'd contribute some issues I've noticed to see if anyone is working on
them.
I'm glad to see someone has fiddled with the idle updating issues,
that was one annoying one. Other than that, my only other issues are
concerning away messages. First, the inability to check away messages,
I'm sure something's being done about that though. Second, the fact
that after some time your away message is sent as either "away" or
"idle" to other people checking your away messages (unless they actually
send you a message of course).
What's being done regarding these issues? I'm a developer, and may
try to take a look at the source if I get some time, but I figured I'd
see what's going on before I even consider starting in on doing anything.
