Message priorities was a new feature in 0.28.a and I guess the behavior
hasn't made it into the docs yet. The only effect that changing the
priority has on a conversation is what the chat window does when a new
message is received:
Green -- message windows stay where they are.
Yellow -- message windows will bring themselves before other chat windows.
Red -- message windows will bring themselves before other applications.
Another one for the FAQ, if anybody's keeping track.
