I looked at this a little more, and discovered that the English FileTransfer.nib
wasn't in the project.pbxproj file as a project-relative link.
Of course, now that I figured it out and fixed it, I did a cvs-update and discovered
that it was already fixed ;-)
TOT builds fine for me now.
