first off, i love the program. i rave about it all the time. good work!
ok, two mornings in a row i've had this same problem. i put my Mac to
sleep, wake it up the next am, and Fire reconnects just fine. some short
time later - maybe 5 minutes? - i get a rush of door-close disconnect
sounds, machine-gun style, that repeat every 10 seconds or so for 3-4
times. then, Fire unexpectedly quits.
console says:

when i try to restart Fire, i get the spinning beachball for 40 sec or so
and then it crashes. yesterday, after about an hour, it started up normally
with no other problems. so far today it's not starting up again.
i'm using Fire 0.28.b and i auto-connect to AIM, Yahoo, MSN, and ICQ.
i ran "sample <pid> 10" just now when it crashed on startup. who wants the
file? it's 12MB uncompressed, 117K gzipped.
