Prefs are stored in ~/Library/Preferences/Fire.plist.
Buddy lists and previous conversations are stored in ~/Library/Application
Support/Fire/ (~/Library/Fire/ prior to 0.29.a). If you switch between
0.29.a and 0.28.b, all you buddies and stored conversations disappearing is
a symptom when you revert to 0.28.b if you haven't moved the Fire folder
back.
