The ninja smiley is an easter egg. It is undocumented. It doesn't go in
the smiley menu. (Matthew, that means you don't mention it in the help.)
I used "ninjasmiley" as the trigger because I didn't know what better to put
it as. I like "(:)", though, and I'll change the trigger as part of the
rewrite I'm doing of the smiley placement algorithm currently in progress.
(Well, it's actually done, but I'm waiting until 0.29.a/b is frozen to check
the code in.) Another benefit is that smileys will no longer place
themselves in the middle of larger strings -- "10:00" won't be scared any
more.
