There was an adverse interaction when there was no gpg key defined for the
buddy. This has been fixed.
I'm not going to back up and test the transition from old buddy editor to
new buddy editor (to make sure the settings transfer correctly), but they
should.
Fire should now save override settings correctly for all buddies.
