ok, TOT compiles now, but it's freaking out on launch. i get the "this
appears to be the first time you've launched Fire" dialog, my Buddy List
reset to close to the center of my screen from being docked on the
right-hand side, and the services window was open. it tried to autoconnect,
then crashed.
is this just me? is TOT still in flux? if so, how about a post when things
look nice and pretty again?
