Please Help Me

Dear Whom It May Concern, I do not have any ideal why we are receiving stuff from you and your customer. What is it all about? And who are these people and why are they send me these letters and stuff? Please explain to me why and how come!!!! And could you also tell me how I can stop them from sending it to my email?!!?!?!?
