Hmm. Great idea; unfortunately, no go. I'm logging in as
"jon_baumgartner" -- no @ sign. Could it be the underscore?

I'm able to stay on for about an hour at a time, then it just knocks me off.

Aside from that being kind of annoying, I don't get any indication
from Fire that I've been disconnected (other than that the text
changes from Online to Offline.) Is there a setting I'm missing that
would notify me when I got dropped? If that happened, I would at
least know and could reconnect manually.

Also, I tried the Reconnect after connection closes checkbox, but
that led to an infinitely repeating series of reconnects on AIM,
which has been discussed here before.

thanks.
