What Eric meant by outstanding issues is more of whether there is anything
-currently- in the works that needs to be finished. To make up an example,
if someone on TOT realized that setting a preference doesn't work, etc.
Things such as the connection issues in Yahoo and on mobile laptops take
more time and since (to my knowledge) haven't been really started as of
now aren't really appropriate for 0.30.a . However, these kinds of things
are appropriate for 0.30.b and 0.31. Just a suggestion so we don't clog
up the mailing list.
