I just ran another test after opening and closing the prefs panel and it left a new
message behind iCab.
So it works, sometimes. However!
The pref says:
"New messages should: X Leave windows as they are
Come before other chat windows
Come before other applications"
Even tho I have the first option checked, it still brings them before other chat
windows.
So either its a bug, or poorly worded, etc, but in any case it should *not* be left as
is.
