I'll save you from giving out free licenses to a free program...
There are no new emoticons. Until recently the only version of messenger available
for *download* was 2.0, and it used old emoticons. Messenger 2.1 has been
available for the past few months on the cd for Office V. X. Microsoft just
didn't let people download it for some reason. But I guess that's what carracho
is for.
