I was looking into the problem of the icons disappearing from the
buddy list toolbar when the view is changed from either Online or All
to Setup or vice versa. While doing this, I deleted the view control
from the toolbar and reinserted it. I have not been able to
reproduce the glitch since.
(1) Has anyone else experienced this "magic fix"?
(2) Is this a fix (i.e. was there something in the preferences for
the toolbar that was inconsistent that this little twiddle fixes) or
is it just a coincidence?
