Apple will be releasing 10.2 and the new developer tools to the general
public soon. The latest word I've heard is 10.2 is a Summer release with a
preview at WWDC... As far as I know, it's not even reached seeding stage
(where it's sent to Premier developers). The new DevTools will be released
at WWDC, and be free to all Select members (i.e. Free as in beer).
