In Fire you can do this with ICQ and IRC, but not MSN. For ICQ, you can
set your name in the "Edit Accounts" window and then configuring the
account. For IRC, you can set your initial nick via this same method, and
change nicks by control-clicking on your name in a channel. I think the
main wait in MSN is for the library we're using to be updated for this.
