This was a nonfatal error, but annoying I agree. I sent in a support
request over the weekend and the sourceforge folks resolved it today.
Try updating again.
Also, if anyone is having trouble updating and building here's some
tips:
% cvs update -d
Then do a clean and build if you are having problems with an
incremental build.
