My law review article, Public Safety or Bills of Attainder?, has been used in pre-Heller cases. In it I argue that legislative disabilities of the RKBA are constitutional prohibited bills of attainder. It is not enough that due process be done in the original trial if the disablement is not argued at sentencing and made an explicit part of the original sentencing order.

So the question, and request:  is anyone aware of cases where challenges to such state disability statutes have been raised post Heller?  Also helpful would be briefs challenging such a disability statute.
