Am I right that in New York City, one may not possess any gun until one turns 21 (except if one is under direct supervision of someone who has a permit to possess a rifle or shotgun, and in a few other circumstances)? I think this is so, see New York City Admin. Code sec. 10-305, but I wanted to check. Thanks,
