ONLY 2 OTHER NATIONS HAVE A CONSITUTITIONAL RIGHT SIMILAR TO THE U.S. SECOND 
AMENDMENT.
Other than the U.S. only two other national constitutions have something 
similar to the American Second Amendment.  Interestingly, these two are Mexico 
and Guatemala.  However, both of these provisions are narrower than the 
American provision.   Over the years, a number of nations repealed their 
version of the right.  It  appears that individual gun rights are increasing 
being sacrificed to government power.  It is disturbing to see how few
