'Today, the Arizona state Senate passed a bill that would effectively block any new federal gun control measures in the state by withdrawing all state participation and enforcement. ... [the bill] would prohibit state agencies and employees from enforcing – or even assisting in the enforcement of – any new “federal act, law, order, rule or regulation” that restricts ownership of a personal firearm, firearm accessory or ammunition within Arizona.' Especially interesting because of the state vs federal aspects of the ACA as illustrated in King vs Burwell. --henry schaffer _______________________________________________ To post, send message to Firearmsregprof@lists.ucla.edu To subscribe, unsubscribe, change options, or get password, see http://lists.ucla.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/firearmsregprof Please note that messages sent to this large list cannot be viewed as private.
