Cost of an amicus filing

For those of you who have filed amicus briefs at the district, circuit, and 
SC levels, what is the probable cost of filing an amicus brief, exclusive of 
attorney fees, including printing, mailing, filing fees, etc., and what is 
the breakdown? This question has come up in another forum on the RKBA where 
a coordinated filing of complementary amicus briefs is being contemplated, 
and we are trying to figure out how much money we need to raise.
