When a try to connect to some corrupted database, the server take 3 minutes
(core i7 2630) before displaying an error message.
During this time, the server delay any other new connection, when finally an
error message is displayed, the server cancel all other delayed connection.
After the display of the error message, the server accept new connection
normally.
