gfix-related services may loose error value in status vector in
isc_service_start()
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: CORE-3612
URL: http://tracker.firebirdsql.org/browse/CORE-3612
Project: Firebird Core
Issue Type: Bug
Components: API / Client Library, Engine, GFIX
Affects Versions: 2.5.0, 3.0 Initial, 2.5.1
Reporter: Alexander Peshkov
When performing operation like database shutdown gfix to early reports to
engine that service was started successfully. Therefore isc_service_start()
returns success, but due to the nature of this service call of
isc_service_query() to check it's status is not required. This makes error get
lost.
