You may download entire sourceforge svn repository with rsync to test locally. I do not have the url right now, but should not be difficult to find it. I think the import must not "change" the current repository. I.e., all Jaybird history must be like being committed now (replayed on top of the current repository). Pre-jaybird revision numbers should be stable. Also, please notice us all before and after the real import.
