confirmed the ICU_NEW_VERSION_MEANING patch http://sourceforge.net/p/firebird/code/57236/ is not included in the last official tar.bz2 for 2.5.2 (grep -R ICU_NEW_VERSION_MEANING *) http://sourceforge.net/projects/firebird/files/firebird/2.5.2-Release/Firebird-2.5.2.26540-0.tar.bz2/download
