It would be helpful if the standard pluginnames available for AuthServer,
AuthClient and UserManager would be listed in the firebird.conf documentation
for that option.
Also it might be help to mention Legacy_UserManager in UserManager (PDF page
34) in the releasenotes, or add a hyperlink to: The Authentication Plug-in (PDF
page 40). As I couldn't easily find which value I needed (I initially tried
Legacy_Auth for UserManager)
