Nothing, AFAIR (for the regular tables).

Is a row returned using a constant (non-parameter) DBKEY value? For 
example, the following works for me:

select * from rdb$database where rdb$db_key = 
ascii_char(1)||ascii_char(0)||ascii_char(0)||ascii_char(0)||ascii_char(1)||ascii_char(0)||ascii_char(0)||ascii_char(0);
