Originally I uninstalled firebird alpha-2 and installed firebird beta-1 in 
the same firebird_3_0 directory. Probably some old security database was 
still remaining there, causing the mentioned gsec-error.

Now I've deleted all of firebird_3_0 directory and installed beta-1 again. 
Installation of beta-1 is finishing without problems now!
