I suggest to start firebird from command line - sooner of all you will see something. BTW, what about firebird.log and system log? > > For Classic > (http://ci.ibphoenix.com/job/Firebird_trunk_on_Mageia_64/260/console) > here Firebird.log > (http://ci.ibphoenix.com/job/Firebird_trunk_on_Mageia_64/260/artifact/results.log) This log is _nonsense_ for classic! Probably we have serious install problems. Or that log left from SS. Guardian should not not used by classic server (only superclassic). Instead firebird is started by xinetd/systemd, one process per connect. > localhost.localdomain Wed Nov 19 22:42:30 2014 > /opt/firebird/bin/fbguard: guardian starting /opt/firebird/bin/firebird > > localhost.localdomain Wed Nov 19 22:42:31 2014 > /opt/firebird/bin/fbguard: /opt/firebird/bin/firebird terminated > > localhost.localdomain Wed Nov 19 22:42:41 2014 > SERVER/process_packet: broken port, server exiting > > > > The problem is that test suite run few tests and then stop or crash > without publishing any result file : > sudo /usr/bin/fbt_run -x -d /tmp/firebird-test/ > .....FF............................++ : I suppose that the problem is that firebird also fails to start. What do we see in system log? Not 100% sure, but looks like all this can be related with IPV6 support... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Download BIRT iHub F-Type - The Free Enterprise-Grade BIRT Server from Actuate!
