I just tried to download http://web.firebirdsql.org/download/snapshot_builds/win/3.0/Firebird-3.0.0.31845-0_x64.7z and the archive is only 3 MB (previous snapshot I downloaded was 7 MB). Unpacking gives an error that archive is corrupted.
Another curious thing is that http://web.firebirdsql.org/download/snapshot_builds/win/3.0/ doesn't list any file sizes for Firebird-3.0.0.31845-0_x64.zip, Firebird-3.0.0.31845-0_x64_pdb.7z and Firebird-3.0.0.31845-0_x64_pdb.zip. Those downloads seem to be entirely empty.
