I just downloaded today's Win32 FB 3 snapshot (Firebird-3.0.0.31940-0_Win32.7z) and extracted it to an empty directory. When I try "gsec -add sysdba -pw masterkey -user sysdba" (no Firebird process running), the command prompt never return.
