gbak backup error

Hi!
One of our customer has a backup problem, sometimes gbak fails. See attached
logs. It fails on the same spot so this is not a network issue, as the error
message suggests. Maybe FB crashes server side?
The database has no error (at least gfix does not repor any error).
The gbak is started via Windows scheduer.
Contact me if you need the database for testing.
