Hello, All.

   We have basically three string classes in Firebird: string, PathName and 
NoCaseString. 
They differ in content encoding and handling.
   Should be comparison between them allowed?
   If yes, which rules should be applied when it is written "a == b" and types 
of a and b 
are different? Must result of "a == b" be the same as of "b == a"?
