No permission for Usage access to GENERATOR

I have a Database with the table EMPLOYE, a
I add to the role "AUTRE" the access to the table "EMPLOYE" (SELECT, UPDATE,
INSERT, DELETE)
When I want to INSERT with the "AUTRE", I am locked with the message 'no
permission for USAGE access to GENERATOR GEN_EMPLOYE_ID'
Is that normal?
I didn't have the problem in the version 2.5.7
I have found nothing about it except the grants:
GRANT USAGE ON SEQUENCE GEN_EMPLOYE_ID TO POWERUSER;
GRANT USAGE ON EXCEPTIONE MPLOYE TO POWERUSER;
What can I do to have a repercussion of the privileges?
