I think the only way is to execute run_all.bat from the command line with the JUSTBUILD parameter just once. That will make sure that all the required components have been built in the correct order. Or you could do all that manually. The solutions are not set up to do it for you. Once you have done that you should be able to load the firebird solution and work 'as normal'. Until libtomcrypt has been ported to MSVC14 you will need MSVC12 or 13. And if you are working on HEAD you will likely find other small bits that are missing. Don't forget that HEAD is still in alpha. You may find working with the FB 3 branch easier to get started on.
