Support backup of encrypted databases

A lot of users request to make it possible to backup and restore databases
using crypt & key holder plugins requiring a key to be passed from client. It's
also desired to support out-of-the-box encrypted backups using same plugin and
compression before encryption (encrypted file is typically not compressable).
