Need to have cryptographic functions in firebird was discussed in fb-devel.
Exactly like with hashes I do not add full set of all available functions - in
FB4 only subset of symmetric ciphers (both block & stream) and RSA will be
supported. If something else will be needed it's always possible to add
required functionality later.
