This info code returns the same as RDB$GET_CONTEXT('SYSTEM', 'SNAPSHOT_NUMBER')
running in snapshot transaction.
In READ COMMITTED READ CONSISTENCY transaction, different than
RDB$GET_CONTEXT('SYSTEM', 'SNAPSHOT_NUMBER'), fb_info_tra_snapshot_number will
return 0 as there is no request in this call.
