When starting Firebird-3.0.4.33054_0_x64.exe it shows introductionary text
about what firebird is and what installer is going to do.
In particular, at least the Russian-localized installer - explicitly says that
it will optionally (but not by default) install gds32.dll and fbclient.dll into
system folder.
None of those options, despite explicitly promises, are eventually given to the
user.
