Entry procedure entry point « ucrtbase.abort » could not be located in the
dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll
32-bit build should be compatible with WinXP as it is built using WinXP
platform toolset. But I never check it on WinXP. And there was no promise
by the team that it will be compatible, btw.
