The problem that it is not how MAKE is supposed to work.
Because Firebird doesn't use a database as a permanent storage with
concurrent access, this part of build can be cleaned out completely or
(as a stub) generated files should have source files as dependencies
in MAKE rules so they are generated only if sources were changed.
I did not want to say that current solution is the only possible one.
