The tzdata-update action on GitHub is also running on forks, and
triggers an error, because it tries to assign the created pull request
to asfernandes, which of course has no access to my fork.
The action should be configured to only run on the
https://github.com/FirebirdSQL/firebird repository. Though from a quick
search, I wasn't able to find out how this can be done.
